Muv-Luv is a Japanese Visual Novel developed by Age. Initially, the series was published as an adult game for Windows in February 2003. This Muv-Luv series is divided into two parts, namely Muv-Luv Extra and Muv-Luv Unlimited.

Then they also released a sequel entitled Muv-Luv Alternative which was released in April 2006 for Windows. In addition, the manga adaptation was developed by Mashima Azusa and published in August 2007.
